{"id":64548,"date":"2026-08-19T02:08:43","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T02:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsvog.com\/ur\/64548"},"modified":"2026-08-19T02:08:57","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T02:08:57","slug":"paramount-gives-major-update-on-landman-season-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsvog.com\/ur\/64548","title":{"rendered":"Paramount+ gives major update on Landman season 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.6\">\n<p><strong>Jane Wiseman, head of original programming at Paramount+, has provided a significant update regarding the upcoming season of <em>Landman<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a recent interview with Deadline on Monday, Jane talked about the show\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>Discussing the upcoming lineup, Jane Wiseman said, \u201cBetween <em>Tulsa King<\/em> and <em>Landman<\/em>, which [creator] Taylor [Sheridan] is writing right now, <em>Frisco King<\/em>, <em>Dutton Ranch<\/em>, and <em>The Madison<\/em>, we have a lot of business, and we\u2019re going to be in business for time to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A senior Paramount+ official attributed the increase in viewership to Taylor\u2019s enormous TV empire.<\/p>\n<p>Jane teased future projects, commenting, \u201cWe are definitely developing a lot; we\u2019ve announced seven scripted drama greenlights in the last 10 months, so it does feel like there\u2019s volume. And then we have a lot on the runway that we haven\u2019t announced yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, to me, what we don\u2019t want to do is scale so big so fast. We want to be very deliberate in our choices. We want to stay on strategy.
