However, if the matter was beyond the province\u2019s capacity, or if the judge appointed was assisted by the same police team, there would be concerns because the team had failed to establish anything in 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>He said the motorcycle and white Alto involved in the case had still not been traced.<\/p>\n<p>Jibran Nasir questioned the investigation methods, saying authorities ask how many white Alto cars were stopped at night and whether people were wearing seat belts or using mobile phones while driving.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"entry-content-asset videofit\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&quot;Wrote to Sindh CM With 24 Questions, But Received No Answers,&quot; Says Mir Raza&#039;s Lawyer Jibran Nasir\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3qLgVtA-hp0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>He said cameras can automatically issue a Rs10,000 fine for such violations, but camera technology was not being used in the Mir Raza case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have gone back to the 1950s. These are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3qLgVtA-hp0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investigation mechanisms being used<\/a>,\u201d Jibran Nasir said.<\/p>\n<p>The Sindh High Court has constituted a judicial commission to investigate the Mir Raza murder case, with Justice Umar Sial as its head. The notification was issued by the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court on the Sindh government\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab has said the government formed the judicial commission to provide justice to Mir Raza. He said the lawyer had written to the chief minister on August 19, stating that the home minister, IG and police had completely failed and expressing hope that the chief minister would ensure justice.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Mir Raza\u2019s family has filed a petition against the formation of the judicial commission. The Sindh High Court has issued notices to the parties for August 31.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, the investigation officer in the Mir Raza murder case sought more time to submit the investigation report, saying forensic reports of the mobile phone and other items were still awaited.
