A case involving charges of kidnapping and murder has been registered at Ferozabad Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>The court observed that answers to several legal questions were necessary for effective and proper decision-making in the case.<\/p>\n<p>One of the key questions raised by the court is whether it can directly direct the authorities to constitute a JIT.
