ISLAMABAD, August 25, 2026: The Establishment Division has issued official notifications for several appointments and transfers across the federal bureaucracy, ARY News reported.<\/strong><\/p>\n According to the notifications, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Federal Education Asad Akhtar Abbas has been repatriated to the National Talent Pool.<\/p>\n Deputy Secretary Establishment Division Ghulam Khaliq has been transferred to the Punjab government.<\/p>\n Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) Grade-19 officer Aun Haider Gondal has been transferred from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the Punjab government.<\/p>\n PAS Grade-18 officer Farhan Ahmed, who was posted in the Islamabad administration, has also been transferred. His services have been placed at the disposal of the Punjab government.<\/p>\n Dr Fahad Khalid, who was serving under the Ministry of National Health Services, has been repatriated to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.<\/p>\n Samia Bashir, a Subject Specialist in Economics in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department, has been transferred. Her services have been placed at the disposal of the Federal Directorate of Education as an Assistant Professor.<\/p>\n Madiha Khatoon, a pharmacist with the Balochistan Health Department, has been transferred to the federal government. She has been appointed Assistant Director at the National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine in Islamabad.<\/p>\n Subject Specialist in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department Shehnaz Noori has also been transferred and appointed as a Secondary School Teacher in the Federal Directorate of Education.<\/p>\n Section Officer Overseas Pakistanis Division Khalid Umar has been repatriated to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Division.<\/p>\n The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications for all the appointments and transfers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
