According to a recent announcement, Walmart expects to make the feature available at all of its stores and Sam\u2019s Club locations nationwide by the end of 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Contactless payment is also expected to be available at Walmart fuel stations by the middle of 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWhen we think about convenience, we think about a lot of things, but making shopping feel simpler and more seamless from start to finish is a big part. And one of the moments where that matters most is at checkout,\u201d the company said in the release.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Walmart says the new payment method is intended to speed up checkout and give customers more choices for how they pay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In addition, Walmart and Sam\u2019s Club shoppers will be able to add eligible store and OnePay cards to their digital wallets, providing another way to access and use them during shopping trips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>As the rollout continues, shoppers at participating stores will have another contactless option at checkout, with Walmart planning to expand the feature to more locations in the coming years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Walmart has not released a list of individual stores currently offering Tap to Pay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/arynews.tv\/walmart-rolls-out-tap-to-pay-contactless-checkout-at-select-stores\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Walmart has introduced a new payment option for customers at checkout.
