The New York Red Bulls signed homegrown forward Julian Hall to a contract extension through the 2029-30 MLS \u200bseason on Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n Financial terms were not disclosed for \u200cHall, who became the second-youngest player in league history (behind Freddy Adu) to make his MLS debut when he did so at \u200bthe age of 15 on Sept. 30, 2023.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really \u200bhappy to sign a new contract with Red \u2060Bull New York,\u201d Hall said in a statement. \u201cThis club \u200bhas been a huge part of my development, and \u200bI\u2019m grateful for everyone who has believed in me and helped me get to this point.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel like I\u2019m continuing to grow \u200bas a player, and I\u2019m excited to keep working, \u200bkeep improving and help this team achieve our goals.\u201d<\/p>\n Hall, 18, has recorded \u200ca \u2060team-leading nine goals to go along with five assists in 21 matches (all starts) this season.<\/p>\n He has totaled 12 goals and six assists in 59 career matches (25 starts) with \u200bthe club.<\/p>\n \u201cJulian has \u200bbecome an \u2060important part of our first team, and we believe he will continue to play \u200ba significant role for us,\u201d Red Bulls \u200bhead of \u2060sport Julian de Guzman said.<\/p>\n \u201cHe has earned the trust of his teammates and coaching staff through his performances, his \u2060mentality \u200band the way he continues to \u200bgrow.
