He said the government\u2019s lawyer also accepted that the judicial commission was not meant for the investigation of the case and would only conduct an inquiry and establish facts.<\/p>\n<p>According to Nasir, the court repeatedly asked the Sindh government whether it had any objection to the formation of a JIT.<\/p>\n<p>He said the Sindh government stated that the matter was not a competition and that it shared the family\u2019s grief. However, Nasir said the provincial government opposed the formation of a JIT, maintaining that there was no legal provision for it.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer questioned why the Sindh government believed that the family was accusing the entire provincial government of involvement in the murder.<\/p>\n<p>Nasir said the Sindh government was made up of more than just the chief minister and included several ministers and secretaries.
