They claimed the dispute had started over an amount between Rs60,000 and Rs70,000.<\/p>\n<p>The family said the boys were previously friends and that some of those involved were between 15 and 16 years old. Ali was allegedly first brought to Bukhari by a man identified as Ibrahim Malik before being forcibly taken to another location within the limits of Sahil police station.<\/p>\n<p>Sources said Ibrahim Malik and others allegedly tortured the young man. The suspects allegedly beat Ali and later broke his leg by hitting it with a stick.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was also allegedly forced to eat his own cut hair and was told to abuse himself.<\/p>\n<p>Sources close to Ali said he was in severe shock after the incident and remained frightened. He had initially not submitted an application to the police.<\/p>\n<p>After a video of the alleged assault surfaced, DIG South Asad Raza took notice of the matter and ordered a police investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The DIG said the victim had been asked to register a case, while the suspects were being identified with the help of the video footage.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ibrahim Malik, Ibrahim Sathi and others allegedly involved in the assault have reportedly been missing from their homes since the incident.
