{"id":78027,"date":"2026-09-20T15:15:27","date_gmt":"2026-09-20T15:15:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsvog.com\/ur\/78027"},"modified":"2026-09-20T15:15:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-20T15:15:28","slug":"talal-chaudhry-warns-those-coming-to-islamabad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsvog.com\/ur\/78027","title":{"rendered":"Talal Chaudhry Warns Those Coming to Islamabad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.6\">\n<p><strong>ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Talal Chaudhry has accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of planning unrest, saying statements by PTI leader Junaid Akbar indicate what the party intends to do, ARY News reported.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talal Chaudhry said such statements are not made for peaceful protests, adding that other political parties also hold protests while remaining within the bounds of the law.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Junaid Akbar\u2019s statement, the interior minister said it showed that \u201cthese people\u201d want to create anarchy in the state.<\/p>\n<p>He said that on May 9, processions emerged from their homes and they later claimed they had done nothing.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"entry-content-asset videofit\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PTI\u2019s Real Plan Is to Create Chaos, Claims Talal Chaudhry\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/I_rU7xE5pI8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Talal Chaudhry further alleged that protesters came armed on November 26, ran over security personnel and then claimed that they were peaceful.<\/p>\n<p>He said the state would deal with such \u201cmisguided and disruptive\u201d elements, adding that groups of this kind had existed in the past but no longer exist.<\/p>\n<p>The interior minister said comprehensive security arrangements had been made in Islamabad and that he had been briefed about them.<\/p>\n<p>He said it was the state\u2019s responsibility to protect the lives and property of citizens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIslamabad is the capital of the country and we will protect it with full capacity,\u201d Talal Chaudhry said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that those coming with such a mindset would certainly arrive but \u201cwill not leave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about fuel prices, Talal Chaudhry said petrol and diesel prices could neither be reduced nor increased through rallies and processions.<\/p>\n<p>He said Jamaat-e-Islami knows that the government can reduce prices if fiscal space is available.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope Jamaat-e-Islami will consider that prices cannot be reduced through a rally,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Talal Chaudhry said there were sensible and respectable people in Jamaat-e-Islami and expressed hope that they would understand the government\u2019s position.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/arynews.tv\/those-coming-for-pti-protest-wont-leave-islamabad-warns-talal-chaudhry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Talal Chaudhry has accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of planning unrest, saying statements by PTI leader Junaid Akbar indicate what the party intends to do, ARY News reported.
