Under Phase I, 35 MGD of treated wastewater will be supplied for industrial use, while Phase II will add another 65 MGD of capacity.<\/p>\n<p>The groundbreaking for Phase II is also taking place today, with completion targeted within six months.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, TP-1 will provide up to 100 MGD of treated industrial process water by 2027, reducing the industrial sector\u2019s reliance on freshwater sources.<\/p>\n<p>The project will convert wastewater into a resource for industrial use and help conserve freshwater from river sources.
