The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Muhammad Sohail Afridi, has launched an e-Fard portal and a digital public feedback system aimed at making government revenue services faster and more transparent.<\/strong><\/p>\n The e-Fard portal will allow citizens to obtain copies of land records without repeatedly visiting revenue offices. They will be able to access the service from home or through nearby service centers.<\/p>\n The government says the service will be available through three channels: National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) e-Sahulat centers, an official website self-service portal, and the Dastak app.<\/p>\n Only users whose identities have been verified biometrically through NADRA will be able to download an e-Fard.<\/p>\n Fees will be paid electronically through OneLink or Easypaisa and deposited into the government treasury.<\/p>\n Following the payment, the document will remain available in the citizen\u2019s account and can be downloaded again when required.<\/p>\n Each e-Fard will also carry a QR code that will allow its authenticity to be verified online against the central land record, the government said.<\/p>\n The digital public feedback system will randomly contact people who have used revenue services by telephone.<\/p>\n Citizens\u2019 responses will be recorded in audio form, while their level of satisfaction will be classified into four categories.<\/p>\n Complaints from dissatisfied citizens will be displayed directly on the dashboards of deputy commissioners.<\/p>\n The feedback will be used to monitor the performance of districts and levels of public satisfaction on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n Public feedback will also be included as a key performance indicator in monthly meetings of deputy commissioners.<\/p>\n Districts showing strong performance will be recognized, while officials in underperforming districts will be asked to explain their performance.<\/p>\n CM of KP Sohail Afridi said providing people with accessible, transparent and efficient services at their doorstep was a priority for his government.<\/p>\n He said the digital reforms would improve the speed and transparency of land-record services and help identify delays and poor performance in revenue departments.<\/p>\n The chief minister said the measures were also expected to reduce complaints related to land records and help restore public confidence in the land-record system.<\/p>\n He described the digitization of land records as an important need and praised officials involved in introducing the reforms, presenting them with certificates of appreciation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
