However, he said the fight against terrorism could not be used as a justification for suppressing public voices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCombating terrorism is only possible through national unity,\u201d he said, emphasising that weakening the provinces would not strengthen the federation.<\/p>\n<p>Barrister Gohar maintained that the solution to the country\u2019s challenges lay not in the use of force but in upholding the Constitution.
