QUETTA: Muhammad Dawood\u2019s Computerized National Identity Card complaint was handled by NADRA under the Federal Ombudsman\u2019s (FO) order, and his identity card was quickly reinstated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Muhammad Dawood, the complainant, claimed that NADRA had blocked his identity card since 2015.<\/p>\n

He had made multiple appearances before committees and visited the NADRA office in an attempt to have it restored, but his issue remained unanswered.<\/p>\n

Consequently, in pursuit of justice, he approached the Federal Ombudsman\u2019s Regional Office in Quetta and filed a complaint against the relevant department, citing their negligence and the delays involved.<\/p>\n

Upon receiving the complaint, the Federal Ombudsman (Quetta) promptly initiated an inquiry, summoned the concerned department, and held an immediate hearing of the case.<\/p>\n

During the hearing, the department failed to provide a satisfactory explanation.<\/p>\n

As a result, the Federal Ombudsman issued directives for the immediate restoration of the complainant\u2019s blocked identity card.<\/p>\n

The department immediately restored the complainant\u2019s identity card in accordance with these directives.<\/p>\n

The Federal Ombudsman was thanked by the complainant for his prompt and fair ruling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
