In the opinion of the legal prosecutors, Clancy was fully aware of the fact that she was doing something wrong, but the killings had been planned.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent appearance in front of the Plymouth Superior Court, Judge William Sullivan indicated they were leaning towards March to do a trial.
