Kim Kardashian is heading to Fox Nation, with the Fox News-owned streaming service acquiring the U.S. rights to Kardashian’s docuseries ElizabethTaylor:Rebel Superstar.
The series premieres on Fox Nation on Monday, Oct. 6.
The series, which chronicles the life and career of one of the 20th century’s most recognizable figures, includes the first-ever filmed interview withTaylor’s son, Chris Wilding, alongside interviews with Dame Joan Collins, Sharon Stone and Paris Jackson. Kardashian, who conductedTaylor’s final interview in 2011, also appears in the series.
Rebel Superstar is produced by Kardashian and Passion Pictures and distributed internationally by Fremantle. It debuted on the BBC last year.
With Fox News’ core programming on the Fox One streaming service, Fox Nation has leaned into ancillary fare anchored by famous faces, and supplemented with some exclusive sports and event programming.
The service picked up a Yellowstone documentary from Kevin Costner, a docudrama from Martin Scorsese called The Saints and a true-crime series led by 50 Cent.
But it also acquired rights to a wrestling promotion from the late Hulk Hogan; and inked a deal with TKO for rights to Professional Bull Riders live events.
Elizabeth Taylor may not be true crime or bull riding, but the golden age of Hollywood may resonate with some subscribers, with the platform also hosting some classic movies.
