LAHORE: Under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and the Lahore Development Punjab Programme, a new phase of development initiatives has been launched in constituency PP-168. Acting on the directives of President PML-N Lahore & MNA Malik Saif ul Mulk Khokhar and Provincial Minister Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar, Chief of Development Barrister Umair Saif Khokhar inaugurated multiple civic projects in the presence of local residents.
The newly inaugurated schemes include the upgradation of sewerage systems and PCC (Paved Cement Concrete) construction works across UC-109, covering areas such as Gosha-e-Ahbab Budh Bazaar, Rana Town, and Al-Hamd Park. These projects are aimed at resolving longstanding civic issues while providing modern, reliable, and sustainable urban infrastructure to residents.
Barrister Umair Saif Khokhar stated that all development works in PP-168 are being executed on a priority basis in line with the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. He emphasized that accelerating development, improving civic infrastructure, and addressing public grievances are key objectives of the government. He reaffirmed the PML-N leadership’s commitment to continue its journey of performance, service, and public-focused progress.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Chief Coordinator Malik Faisal Ashraf Khokhar, Chairman Malik Kashif Khokhar, Vice Chairman Chaudhry Pervaiz Jutt, Malik Tasadduq Hussain, Councillor Rana Yaqoob, Malik Shabbir Khokhar, Mian Jameel, Aslam Bhatti, and numerous community members who welcomed Barrister Umair Khokhar and expressed gratitude for the fulfillment of long-pending public demands.
