Abu Dhabi: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari arrived in Abu Dhabi on a four-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates on Monday.
He was received at the Presidential Flight Terminal of Zayed International Airport by UAE Minister of Justice Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi. Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Shafqat Ali Khan, was also present on the occasion.

First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari and Pakistan’s Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi are accompanying the president during the visit.
According to officials, President Zardari’s visit will continue until January 29, 2026. During the visit, he is scheduled to hold meetings with the UAE leadership to review all aspects of bilateral relations.
Discussions are expected to focus on strengthening cooperation in trade, economic partnership, defence, security, and people-to-people ties.
The visit underscores the commitment of Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates to further deepen their long-standing brotherly relations and strategic partnership.
