LAHORE: An important training session for focal persons of Sahiwal Division was held at the Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab under the chairpersonship of Commissioner OPC Punjab, Ms. Saman Rai.
The session was attended by Director Police Imtiaz Ahmed Khan, Director Revenue Shoaib Naswana, and other relevant officers.
Participants were provided detailed guidance on the effective use of the Overseas Pakistanis Portal, facilitation of overseas Pakistanis, and the timely resolution of complaints. Discussions also focused on reducing the pendency of complaints and improving overall service delivery mechanisms.
The initiative aims to ensure prompt, transparent, and efficient redressal of issues faced by overseas Pakistanis, further strengthening institutional coordination and enhancing public service efficiency.
