LAHORE: Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Bilal Siddique Kamyana presided over a high-level meeting to review security and safety arrangements for the upcoming Basant festival. The meeting focused on ensuring the safe and orderly conduct of celebrations across the city.
Addressing the participants, CCPO Kamyana directed that surety bonds be obtained from rooftop owners to ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He stressed that no rooftop would be allowed to host more people than its approved capacity.
