ISLAMABAD, (International Desk) – President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday congratulated the nation and the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), calling the Prophet’s life a perfect and comprehensive model for humanity.
In his message, President Zardari said the blessed day of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal is a source of joy and devotion for Muslims worldwide and a reminder to shape lives in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Prime Minister Sharif, in his statement, emphasized that the Prophet’s example remains a guiding light for all times. He urged Pakistanis to embody the values of compassion, unity, and selflessness while rejecting prejudice, sectarianism, extremism, and hatred. “The lasting solution to our national challenges lies in making the Prophet’s teachings part of our collective character,” he added.
