Dr. Fazal Bano Presides Over Meeting Hosted by Muhammad Rafiq Bhatti

Special Guests Include Syed Ijaz Bukhari, Ashfaq Ahmed Khan and Kashif Mughal

LAHORE: A consultative meeting of Nafaz Urdu Pakistan Lahore Division was held at Lahore National House, Mansoura, with Dr. Fazal Bano presiding over the meeting.

Host Muhammad Rafiq Bhatti welcomed all participants. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by praise and thanksgiving.

Special guests included Syed Ijaz Bukhari, Ashfaq Ahmed Khan and Kashif Mughal. Prominent office-bearers, including Muhammad Rafiq Bhatti, Syeda Nafi Sultan, Tahira Bano, Zubair Ahmed and Umm Hani, also attended the meeting.

Other participants included Muhammad Asim Buta, Naeem Ahmed Khan, Abdul Wahab, Shariq Ali Shariq, Talib Baig, Syed Zameer Naqvi, Naeem Aslam and Nabila Akbar.

The emergency consultative meeting was convened to mobilise the Nafaz Urdu Movement and strengthen its activities. During the meeting, a proposal was discussed to entrust office-bearers with responsibilities for Nafaz Urdu Pakistan and to continue coordinated efforts to make the movement more active and effective.

Participants also discussed the formulation of a future action plan for revitalising the movement. The proposed oath-taking ceremony for formally assigning and handing over responsibilities to the office-bearers was also reviewed.

The participants expressed their commitment to continuing collective efforts for the promotion and implementation of Urdu and to further strengthening the movement through an organised and coordinated approach.
