6th Edition of Hajj Conference and Exhibition to Be Held in Jeddah, November 8–11

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, will hold the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from November 8 to 11. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the event — organized in partnership with the Khadem Al-Haramain (Guest Service) program — will bring together more than 520 local and international organizations and policymakers from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
The conference aims to create a global platform that unites stakeholders, strengthens local and international partnerships, and enhances the quality of services provided to pilgrims. Researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors will discuss various challenges facing the sector, while Saudi Arabia’s efforts to serve pilgrims will be highlighted. The event will also introduce Hajj affairs offices and international delegations to the experiences of Mecca and Medina.
Alongside the conference, a major exhibition will be held featuring organizations from more than 150 countries, along with entities providing Hajj-related services. The exhibition will include specialized communities covering aviation, transport, hospitality, health, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment, and business development — connected through dedicated forums, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, and business meetings. Platforms will also be available for announcing initiatives and agreements and presenting solutions and innovations, strengthening links between the various components of the Hajj system.
The program’s core objective is to enhance coordination within the Hajj services ecosystem, support partnerships, and broaden the quality of services offered to pilgrims.
