Spotify is making space for video podcasters.
The streaming giant has unveiled Spotify Sycamore Studios, a new podcast space located on Sycamore Avenue in West Hollywood, Calif. that features video production environments designed specifically for video creators. It will be home to Ringer podcasts like The Rewatchables, RingerVerse and The Hottest Take, among others.
Spotify Sycamore Studios access is invite-only for video creators in the Spotify Partner Program and is based on availability and needs. Inside, the space includes recording rooms, multi-camera video setups and production support. The new address adds to Spotify’s network of creator studios, and joins other podcast studios in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, New York, Stockholm and London. It also aligns with Spotify’s push to double down on video podcasts amid an explosion in the genre.
“Ambitious shows need spaces that support big ideas. These studios give teams room to experiment and keep pushing what’s possible. It’s our latest investment in creators, and having this additional home base in L.A. is vital for the next chapter of our storytelling,” offered Bill Simmons, founder of The Ringer and head of talk strategy of Spotify.

The two companies linked up to bring a select number of podcasts from Spotify Studios and The Ringer to Netflix’s platform. Initial titles include The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Zach Lowe Show, The McShay Show, The Rewatchables, Conspiracy Theories and more. The video podcasts will be available on Netflix in the U.S. in early 2026, with other markets to follow.
