ISLAMABAD:
The FIA has announced that it has discontinued the issuance of manually signed attendance notices to prevent the circulation of fake or forged documents and to enhance transparency in official communication.
All notices issued under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) will now be generated only through the agency’s electronic system, and each notice will contain a unique, verifiable QR code to confirm its authenticity.
Public is advised to treat any notice received in any other form as suspicious. In such cases, citizens have been instructed to immediately report the matter to the FIA.
