Karachi – Air Vice Marshal Shehryar Khan has said that Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsous revived the memory of September 6, but in the future “the score will not be 6–0, it will be 60–0.”
Speaking as the chief guest at the solemn ceremony of the change of guards at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi, he said that it was a great honor for the Asghar Khan Academy of the Pakistan Air Force to assume guard duties at the national shrine.
He emphasized that September 6 reminds the nation of the day when Pakistan foiled the enemy’s designs. “The Pakistan Air Force always stands ready on every front, and our enemies have consistently faced defeat,” he added.
Air Vice Marshal Shehryar Khan further said that the Air Force has never disappointed the nation and takes pride in serving not only during times of war but also in peace.
