Karachi – Gold and silver prices in Pakistan dropped from historic peaks, following a decline in the international bullion market.
According to local traders, the price of 24-karat gold fell by PKR 2,400 per tola, settling at PKR 388,600, while 10 grams dropped by PKR 2,058 to PKR 333,161. Silver also slipped, with per tola rates down by PKR 109 to PKR 4,387.
On the global stage, gold lost USD 24 per ounce, trading at USD 3,668.
