In an interview with a German magazine, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) stated: “No group or individual has the right to declare jihad apart from the state.”
The spokesperson also highlighted Pakistan’s role in hosting millions of Afghan refugees for over four decades, underlining the country’s long-standing humanitarian commitment despite economic and security challenges.
