Karachi – The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on September 24 across 14 districts of the province in connection with local government by-elections.
According to the notification, the holiday will be observed in Ghotki, Sukkur, Khairpur, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, Matiari, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, Badin, and Thatta, as well as in Karachi West, Karachi East, and Keamari districts.
All government offices and institutions in these districts will remain closed to facilitate voters during the polling process.
