Lahore – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has extended warm congratulations to the leadership and people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day.
In her message, Maryam Nawaz conveyed greetings on behalf of the people of Punjab to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
She said, “When Saudi Arabia celebrates its National Day, Pakistan shares in the joy. Saudi Arabia is not just a friend of Pakistan, but a place of love and reverence for every Muslim.”
The Chief Minister highlighted the strong defense cooperation between the two nations, stating that Pakistan takes pride in the defense pact with Saudi Arabia, which she described as a shield for the Muslim Ummah.
Maryam Nawaz expressed gratitude to the Saudi leadership and people for standing with Pakistan in difficult times and described the Kingdom as a symbol of faith, unity, and strength for the Muslim world.
