OGDC Reports Record Annual Results, Declares Highest Ever DividendIslamabad, September 23, 2025: Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, posting net sales of Rs 401.178 billion and profit after tax of Rs 169.904 billion, translating into earnings per share of Rs 39.50.

The Board of Directors declared a final cash dividend of Rs 5.00 per share (50%), bringing the total payout for the year to Rs 15.05 per share (150.5%) — the highest annual dividend in the Company’s history. OGDC contributed Rs 264 billion to the national exchequer and achieved foreign exchange savings of US$3.192 billion.

During the year, OGDC made five discoveries, spudded fifteen wells, and secured seven new exploration blocks in the 2025 bid round. Average production stood at 30,919 BPD of oil, 652 MMSCFD of gas, and 642 MTD of LPG, with potential output higher if not for curtailments from SNGPL and Uch Power. Key projects, including Jhal Magsi Field commissioning and upgrades at Dakhni, KPD-TAY, and Uch, will support future production, alongside diversification into Reko Diq, Abu Dhabi Offshore Block-5, and geothermal initiatives.

The Company also advanced its Production Optimization Plan for mature fields, progressed Shale Gas Pilot Phase 2, and implemented tight gas initiatives. OGDC strengthened corporate governance, ESG, and DEI practices, while ranking 3rd overall in Transparency International Pakistan’s TRAC 2024 Assessment, leading among public sector entities.

The Board commended management’s operational focus and financial discipline, expressing confidence in OGDC’s continued role as a leading energy contributor and value creator for shareholders and stakeholders.
