According to the announcement, renowned Indian playback singer Shreya Ghoshal will headline the opening ceremony, adding a cultural and musical dimension to the sporting spectacle.
This year’s mega event will be staged across four cities in India and in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka. The festivities will kick off in Guwahati, where India will face Sri Lanka in the tournament’s opening match, preceded by Ghoshal’s live performance.
