According to security officials, four militants, including a suicide attacker, were killed when forces foiled an assault on a military camp in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan. In a separate intelligence-based operation in Datta Khel, six militants were neutralized.
Meanwhile, in Lakki Marwat district, eight more militants were killed during an exchange of fire with security forces.
The operations are part of Pakistan’s ongoing counterterrorism campaign aimed at eliminating militant networks active in the country’s northwestern region bordering Afghanistan.
