Lahore, October 27, 2025 — Chairman Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Muazzam Iqbal Sipra, conducted a comprehensive visit to the PRA Operational Building Office in Lahore, where he reviewed staff performance, administrative functions, and record management procedures.
During the inspection, the Chairman directed that all operational records be fully digitized within seven days to enhance data security, accessibility, and transparency in official processes.
To further strengthen efficiency and accountability, the Chairman ordered the mandatory implementation of biometric attendance for all PRA employees. He also instructed that awareness flexes be displayed across the office premises to inform visitors about PRA’s digital services and taxpayer facilitation initiatives.
Emphasizing the importance of compliance and modernization, Chairman Sipra reiterated the need for strict adherence to the Electronic Invoice Monitoring System (e-IMS) and called on field officers to expedite business registration across all taxable sectors. He noted that these measures are vital for broadening the tax base and promoting a culture of voluntary compliance.

He further announced that enforcement teams are being expanded to strengthen monitoring mechanisms, ensure greater tax compliance, and improve service delivery for taxpayers.
