ISLAMABAD (October 28, 2025): Pakistan has announced that Afghan nationals will no longer be allowed entry without valid passports and visas, as authorities continue the repatriation of undocumented Afghan refugees.
According to official figures, more than 1.514 million Afghan refugees have returned to Afghanistan so far under the ongoing repatriation process. Thousands of Afghans are reportedly crossing the border daily through designated checkpoints.
The move is part of Pakistan’s broader effort to regulate cross-border movement and ensure that all foreign nationals comply with immigration and documentation requirements.
