LAHORE (Pakistan): Provincial Minister for Communication and Works, Malik Sohaib Ahmad Bharth, in his message on the occasion of Iqbal Day, said the day serves as a reminder to pay tribute to the great philosopher and poet of the East, Allama Muhammad Iqbal (RA).
He said that Allama Iqbal’s philosophy centers on self-realization, faith, and action—the guiding principles that elevate nations toward progress and glory. The Minister emphasized that the true strength of a nation lies in the character of its people and the pursuit of knowledge.
Highlighting Iqbal’s vision of Pakistan, Bharth stated that the poet envisaged a country built on justice, equality, and brotherhood.
