Pakistan Traces Social Media Accounts Involved in Anti-State Propaganda

Islamabad — Authorities have traced dozens of social media accounts involved in coordinated propaganda campaigns against Pakistan and its state institutions, according to investigative sources.
Sources revealed that the anti-Pakistan and anti-state online networks are being operated from India, Central Asia, and Afghanistan, with 33 accounts currently active.
According to investigators, 22 of the identified accounts are being run by elements linked to “Fitna al-Khawarij,” while 11 accounts are operated by other anti-Pakistan entities.
Sources added that accounts using the names Mufti Noor Wali and Ghazi Media Net are being operated from Afghanistan by members of “Fitna al-Khawarij.” Similarly, accounts under the names Ehsanullah Ehsan and Islamabad Post are being run from Central Asia.
They further noted that accounts using the identities Al-Hassan Mahmood and Syed R. Sahil are also managed from Afghanistan by the same group. Additionally, accounts named Shaheed Mudassir and Petrus Sturevaka are reportedly operated from Afghanistan.
Investigative sources disclosed that accounts titled Voice of Hindukush, Mathna Ibn Haritha, Hassan Badr, Jahid Mubarez, and Khorasan Ibn al-Arabi are similarly run by the group from Afghanistan. Meanwhile, accounts such as Sadai Hindukush Afghanistan, Nuqta, Central Asia, Rehmatullah Katawazi, Al-Shariah Ansar Pakistan, Sarbakaf Mehmend, and Khorasan Bulletin are operated from Central Asia.
Furthermore, sources stated that accounts under the names Meer Yaar Baloch and Nighat Abbas are being operated from India for anti-Pakistan activities. Other India-based accounts include Conflict Monitor, Pakistan Untold, Rayyan, War Horizon, The Daily Milaap, Firdous Khan, World Update, and Amazing Wall. An account titled Barak Lancer is reportedly being operated from Central Asia.
