Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has reconstituted its political committee, officially issuing the notification, with former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur notably excluded.
The reconstitution came following instructions from PTI’s founding chairman, Imran Khan, to Salman Akram Raja to form a new political committee. The notification was issued with signatures of Salman Akram Raja and Firdous Shamim Naqvi.
According to the notification, the committee includes 23 prominent PTI leaders. PTI Chairman Gohar Ali Khan and Secretary General Salman Akram Raja are among the members.
Other notable members include Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Sheikh Waqas Akram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, Leader of Opposition in the Senate Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Mahmood Khan Achakzai, and former Opposition Leader Umar Ayub.
