LAHORE: Day two of the Young Leaders Conference (YLC) 2025 centered on the theme “Manifesting Social Stewardship,” urging emerging leaders to translate personal development into ethical leadership and sustainable community impact.
The day began with reflections on collective responsibility, followed by a keynote session titled “Leaders as Stewards” by Kamran Z. Rizvi, who highlighted the importance of integrity, empathy, and long-term thinking in driving meaningful social development.
A panel discussion, “Beyond the Obvious,” brought together prominent changemakers who demonstrated how innovation, media, entrepreneurship, and the arts can be leveraged as powerful tools for social good.
Participants later took part in interactive, hands-on sessions, including Design Your Ecosystem and the World Café of Social Enterprises. These activities encouraged collaboration with grassroots, impact-driven organizations and fostered practical approaches to solving social challenges.
The day concluded with a series of interactive workshops focusing on wellbeing, changemaking, life-saving skills, and the use of artificial intelligence for social innovation. The sessions reinforced the importance of responsible leadership, resilience, and sustainable, technology-enabled solutions.
Day two reaffirmed YLC 2025’s mission to cultivate socially conscious leaders equipped with the skills and mindset needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
