KARACHI (Staff Reporter) After continuous increases in Pakistan, gold prices have witnessed a major decline, with per tola gold reaching the level of Rs 530,562.
According to the Sarafa Association, after continuous increases in the global and local markets, gold prices have decreased. In Pakistan, per tola gold has dropped by Rs 1,500 to Rs 530,562. Similarly, 10-gram gold has become Rs 1,286 cheaper, reaching Rs 454,871.
A decline in gold prices has also been observed in the international market, where per ounce gold has dropped by $15 to $5,082.
On the other hand, silver prices have also decreased. According to the Sarafa Association, per tola silver has declined by Rs 212 to Rs 11,640, while in Karachi’s Sarafa Bazaar, per tola silver is trading at Rs 16,000.
