Russia Extends Independence Day Greetings to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 — The Embassy of Russia in Pakistan has extended warm Independence Day greetings to the people of Pakistan, praising the country’s achievements over the past 78 years.

In its message, the embassy highlighted Pakistan’s progress in multiple fields, its strengthened role in the international community, and its contributions to space exploration.

“Despite numerous challenges, Pakistan remains faithful to the traditional values and principles laid down by its founding fathers, Allama Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah,” the statement read.

The embassy further noted that the people of Pakistan can be proud of their nation’s resilience and accomplishments. “From the bottom of our hearts, we wish our Pakistani friends success, prosperity, and well-being. Youm-e-Azadi Mubarak!” it added.
