Lahore: The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has officially announced the discontinuation of electricity bill payment services through Pakistan Post Offices, marking a shift toward modernized and digital payment methods.
According to LESCO, the decision has been made in the interest of system improvement and to provide consumers with more efficient and convenient payment options. The utility company has urged its customers to use alternative payment channels, including QR code-based payments, bank branches, and other authorized payment platforms to ensure timely bill settlement.
LESCO emphasized that adopting these alternative methods will help consumers avoid any inconvenience and ensure a smoother, faster payment experience going forward.
Customers are advised to update their preferred payment methods at the earliest to avoid late payment surcharges or service disruptions.
