SWAT: The scenic tourist destination of Malam Jabba, surrounded by snow-covered mountains and breathtaking natural beauty, has once again become a major attraction for visitors during the holy month of Ramadan.
Recent snowfall has blanketed the area in white, further enhancing its charm and drawing a large number of tourists from different cities across the country. Visitors are enjoying the pleasant weather, cool breeze, and panoramic landscapes, making their stay in the valley memorable.
Iftar moments in the snow-covered resort have turned into a unique experience for tourists, as dining in a natural mountain setting adds a special spiritual and recreational touch to their visit.
A significant number of visitors are participating in special Iftar and dinner arrangements at Pearl-Continental Hotel Malam Jabba, where the management has made dedicated arrangements for guests. The Iftar spread features a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes alongside international cuisines, while hot beverages and local flavors further enhance the dining experience in the cold weather.

Speaking to the media, PC management representative Saeed ur Rehman stated that the growing influx of tourists to Malam Jabba is a positive sign for the revival of tourism in the region. According to him, the special Iftar and dinner arrangements during Ramadan have become a distinctive attraction for tourists, and similar initiatives will continue in the future to promote tourism and provide high-standard facilities.
Local residents said that the increasing number of tourists has significantly boosted economic activity in the area, revitalising businesses such as hotels, restaurants, and related sectors while creating employment opportunities. Tourism experts believe that Malam Jabba’s natural beauty, improved skiing facilities, and peaceful environment make it an important destination not only for domestic travelers but also for international tourism.
