LAHORE: The laptop distribution ceremony under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2026 (Phase-IV) at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore is scheduled to be held today (Thursday) at the City Campus, Lahore.
Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat will grace the ceremony as chief guest.
Earlier, UVAS Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus (DLA.I, T.I) chaired a meeting of conveners of various committees to review preparations and arrangements for the laptop distribution ceremony. The conveners briefed the Vice-Chancellor on the progress of arrangements, ensuring that all necessary measures have been finalized for the smooth conduct of the event.
The ceremony is part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme aimed at promoting digital empowerment and facilitating students in their academic and research activities.
