LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Housing and Urban Development Bilal Yasin has issued a strong statement in connection with Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, declaring that the entire nation stands with the Armed Forces of Pakistan like a solid wall of lead.
“There will be no negotiations with those who open fire — they will be answered in their own language,” the minister stated firmly. He said that militants, backed by a neighbouring country, carried out hostile activities inside Pakistan, and the Armed Forces responded promptly and appropriately to the provocation.
Addressing those both to the east and west of Pakistan, Bilal Yasin made it clear that Pakistan is an advocate of peace, but if bullets are fired at it, the response will come in the form of shells. He emphasised that eliminating the scourge of terrorism remains Pakistan’s top national priority, noting that the country has been confronting this menace for decades.
The provincial minister paid heartfelt tribute to the martyrs of Pakistan’s security forces, saying that their blood is a debt upon the entire nation. He concluded by reaffirming that the Armed Forces of Pakistan are the nation’s greatest pride and that the country will not rest until terrorism is completely eradicated.
