Islamabad: Islamabad Police Chief Traffic Officer Muhammad Sarfaraz Virk conducted visits to the Foreign Office checkpoint and various police facilitation centers to review traffic flow, security arrangements, and public service delivery.



During the visit, the CTO directed officers on duty to ensure effective monitoring, improve traffic management, and provide maximum facilitation to citizens. He emphasized maintaining smooth traffic flow, particularly during peak hours, through proactive and alert deployment.
He also visited multiple police facilitation centers, interacting with citizens to assess the quality of services being provided. He noted that modern technology is being utilized to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.
A separate meeting chaired by the CTO was held at the Safe City Islamabad office, attended by traffic police officials and technical teams. Discussions focused on strengthening the traffic management system, addressing public issues promptly, and expanding the use of technology.
The CTO also issued directives to improve administrative operations and driving license issuance processes at the Faizabad traffic office through timely technical support.
At the conclusion of the visit, appreciation certificates and letters of recognition were awarded to Special Branch officers for their outstanding performance.
