LAHORE: The Punjab Public Service Commission has issued strict new instructions for candidates appearing in interviews or qualifying written examinations, aiming to ensure transparency and discipline within its premises.
According to an official notification approved by the Secretary PPSC, candidates have been prohibited from engaging in conversations with one another inside the commission’s building. They are also barred from sharing interview questions or taking photographs within the premises.
The commission has further imposed a complete ban on the use of mobile phones for photography or video recording inside the building.
Senior Security Officer Captain Muhammad Shahid stated that no unauthorized person or fellow candidate will be allowed to contact individuals appearing for interviews. He added that any discussion related to interview questions will not be tolerated.
The PPSC has warned that strict legal action will be taken against candidates who violate these rules. All applicants have been directed to fully comply with the regulations.
The instructions have been prominently displayed at multiple locations within the PPSC building, and officials confirmed that the same policy will be enforced at all venues where PPSC conducts interviews across Punjab.
