According to details, during the last month alone, 21,294 challan tickets were issued for various traffic violations, while fines exceeding Rs 4 million were imposed on violators.
Official data further revealed that 22,764 driving licenses were issued from license branches across the district, generating approximately Rs 2.64 million in revenue.
In addition, authorities registered 65 FIRs over illegal parking of vehicles at major intersections and key points of the city.
The campaign is being carried out in line with directives issued by DIG Traffic Police Punjab Waqas Nazir and District Police Officer Kasur Aftab Ahmed Phulwan, aiming to ensure smooth traffic flow across the district.
