The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department has officially issued the notification for the appointment of four doctors at PGMI / AMC / LGH.

The newly appointed doctors include Dr. Ghias-ul-Hassan (Associate Professor of Gastroenterology), Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Faisal Nadeem (Assistant Professor of Pulmonology), Dr. Tayyaba Waseem (Assistant Professor of Anesthesia), and Dr. Muhammad Maqsood (Assistant Professor of Medicine). All four specialists have formally assumed their duties in their respective departments.
Welcoming the new faculty, Principal Amir-ud-Din Medical College, Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal, said that the induction of experienced and talented doctors is a significant step forward for the institution. He stated that these appointments will not only improve the quality of patient care but will also provide medical students and trainee doctors with opportunities to learn from their extensive professional expertise.
He further added that the presence of such skilled professionals will act as a catalyst for positive change in the clinical environment. Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal expressed confidence that the new faculty members will play a vital role in strengthening the institution’s reputation and ensuring the provision of world-class healthcare facilities to the public.
