MAKKAH — Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with Secretary General of the Muslim World League (Rabita Alam-e-Islami) Sheikh Muhammad Al-Issa in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where a range of regional affairs and matters of mutual interest were discussed.
Minister Naqvi commended the Muslim World League’s efforts in promoting Islamic awareness and consciousness, acknowledging its significant role in fostering unity across the Muslim world.
Expressing gratitude toward the Saudi leadership, Naqvi praised the exemplary arrangements made by the Saudi government for pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season. “We are deeply grateful to Saudi Arabia for the outstanding facilities provided to pilgrims,” he said.
The minister reaffirmed the strong bilateral ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, describing the relationship as rooted in historic Islamic brotherhood. The meeting reflects both countries’ continued commitment to strengthening cooperation on religious, regional, and diplomatic fronts.
