Tehran: Iran’s military spokesperson, Mohammad Akraminia, has warned that the conflict could spread to new fronts if the United States continues its military strikes, while stressing that Tehran has no intention of confronting neighboring countries or Muslim states in the region.
Speaking on the escalating tensions, Akraminia said Iran has not yet deployed its full military capabilities. He warned that if hostile actions continue, Iran’s response would be determined by the evolving situation and would exceed the expectations of its adversaries.
He emphasized that Iran remains committed to strengthening regional cooperation and maintaining brotherly relations with its neighbors, adding that Tehran does not seek confrontation with any neighboring or Muslim-majority country.
The remarks come amid heightened tensions between Iran and the United States, with growing international concern over the risk of a broader regional conflict.
